In order to determine the total Corporate Carbon Footprint values resulting from the operations and activities of HIFYBER, the ISO 14064-1:2018 Standard and the GHG Greenhouse Gas Protocol Calculation and Reporting Standards were taken into consideration.
International Organization for Standardization for Standardization is one of the world's largest standards publisher non-governmental organizations. The ISO 14064-1:2018 Standards published by this organization provide information on how to calculate and report greenhouse gas emissions and consist of three parts.
The aforementioned study is “GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standards” and ISO 14064-1:2018 standards prepared by the GHG for HIFYBER.
In accordance with the GHG Protocol, the reporting of Scope I and II emissions is mandatory, while the reporting of Scope III emissions is voluntary. The reporting of gases other than the greenhouse gases defined in the Kyoto Protocol is outside the scope and must be reported separately. HIFYBER reported all of its scopes by including it in its account.
Institutions and organizations determine national and international climate change policies and manage measures to reduce greenhouse gas risks in order to turn current and future risks into opportunities.
In this context, this report covers the activities of HIFYBER;
• Calculating the impact on climate change,
• Reporting in accordance with ISO 14064-1:2018 Standard,
• Contributing to the formation of the Carbon Management Plan,
• It has been prepared with the aim of raising awareness and awareness of subcontractor companies of HIFYBER within its body on climate change, energy efficiency and sustainability.
As HIFYBER, we are proud to have achieved the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification. This certification demonstrates our adherence to international standards in information security processes, reinforcing our commitment to providing secure and efficient service to our customers. This investment in information security not only reduces our operational risks but also strengthens our relationships with business partners on a more solid foundation.
ISO 27001 is a systematic approach designed to protect sensitive information that companies must keep confidential within their organization. It aims to establish, standardize, and certify an Information Security Management System (ISMS). The foundation of the ISMS is built on the classification of assets and the determination of their sensitivity within the organization. Assets are classified into physical, real and legal persons (employees, customers, suppliers, company reputation), software, information, and services received. Through this classification, the ISMS encompasses employees, critical information assets, all types of confidential documents in both written and electronic form, business processes, business continuity, and information technologies.
As of 2024, the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 version is being used and certified.
In today’s world, no institution or organization can maintain its image, market trust, and consequently its existence for long without an effective information security infrastructure. Through the ISMS, you ensure that stakeholders, especially your customers and key suppliers, have confidence in your information security practices. Most importantly, it certifies that you view "Information Security" as a vital part of your business processes and have implemented it accordingly. You prioritize and integrate your "Information Security System" at all levels of your organization and throughout your processes.
To summarize the benefits of the ISMS:
The valuable information assets within your company become clearly defined, and all employees begin to protect these assets to the highest degree.
Whether in written documents or electronic formats, measures for protecting these information assets are determined, and necessary precautions are taken at the highest level.
The confidentiality and protection of critical information reassure you, your employees, your customers, and your suppliers, enhancing collaboration and synergy, thus increasing your efficiency.
Scenarios and tiered penalties for potential information security breaches caused by individuals, whether intentionally or unintentionally, are defined, shared, and enforced.
The critical information assets of your organization are assessed separately for confidentiality, integrity, and availability against identified threats, ensuring that necessary measures are implemented.
Processes within your organization, along with all actions related to information integrity and business continuity, are audited. Disaster scenarios are developed and drills are conducted. Within these scenarios, business continuity is audited, and necessary actions and deficiencies are identified for improvement.
Your company’s reliability and value in the market increase.
Customer and supplier information is securely stored with information security measures against cyberattacks.
We protect our customer and supplier data in our ERP systems through periodic awareness training provided to our employees.
We securely store our customers' corporate data with access controls and periodic penetration tests.
This system ensures the security of your information. Absolutely no detail is left to chance, minimizing risks and preparing for all types of disaster scenarios.
With the "Authorized Economic Operator Application" published by the Ministry of Customs and Trade of the Republic of Turkey, your company becomes ready for customs operations, allowing you to handle these processes with ease. The Ministry of Customs and Trade has established ISO 27001 as a prerequisite for the "Authorized Economic Operator Application."
You gain a competitive edge in public institutions or private sector tenders. In many critical tenders related to "Information Security" infrastructure today, possessing ISO 27001 standards is sought as an essential prerequisite.
